Trend Alert ! ! Painted Rugs

Spotted on many interiors (and outdoor rooms) lately, the painted rug, a clever alternative to dusty rugs.  This is a great way to delimitate visually a space, especially with the growing open space trend in interiors. It's just a shame that concrete floors aren't more common here in Victoria... I have always had a bazaar obsession with polished concrete-  it's been a growing trend in Europe for almost a decade - and it is so much more practical and hygienic than carpeting... Think of how eco friendly this could be just by using a zero voc paint?! Try Benjamin Moore
