When you find a space so amazing you can see through to the potential that lies beneath, than you are thinking like an artist. I could only imagine falling upon a diamond like this home in Chelsea. My mind would be flying a million miles a minute creating a life finely tuned within the details. I am drawn to the height of the room, filled with light from the lean west facing windows that carries across the bare walls and allows the architectural detail to come alive.
The home owner made all the right decisions in my eyes by choosing to keep with original pine floors and pulling in modern statement pieces like this tailored sectional. Notice that the loose cushions have a relaxing appeal while the clean lines and metal legs keep with the structure of the space.
Not only is it gorgeous on the inside, it is complimented with a fabulous private courtyard - definitely lust worthy in my books..
